SURRENDERING A DOG

As a last resort, Pawsitive Connections accepts owner surrenders of dogs and puppies. Due to the limited availability of fosters, cats and kittens are not accepted.

Acceptance of a dog/puppy is dependent on the following criteriea:

Availability of space
Temperament and medical history

If you find yourself in a position where you are in need of our surrender services, please fill out and submit the Surrender Form below, and a member of our team will contact you within 30 days to let you know if your request has been accepted.
